In the year 2000 the offices and the assembly - plant were removed to the bigger spaces from Zlín to Fryšták, where the production worked already. The firm is enforcing to the domestic land in new growing mega - market ( Hypernova, OBI ... ) In the year 2000 WALACHIA® made cca 60.000 pieces of kits. In the year 2001 WALACHIA® prepare new kit on the other technological base - VARIO.
The firm WALACHIA® is the family firm, established in 1991. The idea with kits belongs to Pavel Hrůza senior. It started on the bases his thirty years pedagogical and cottiging work also experience working with wood. At the beginning senior tried to realise this project with companion, but unfortunately without success. In 1994 the son Pavel came to the senior ( at this time just engineer ) with idea working together. Senior takes care of producing kits, junior takes care of business. The firm prospers, there are more types of kits. Prototypes are changing into series product. We started with five types of kits, now the WALACHIA® is producing twenty three types of kits. In the 1999 WALACHIA® came on the market with five “ wall kit-houses “, in 2000 the firm started to produce successful watermill. The kits travel also abroad. The description and instruction are translated into various languages. They are also periodically presented to the fair in Prague, Nurnberk and New York.
